Booking information, terms and conditions pre and post Covid 19 National Lockdown and Risk Adjusted Strategy Periods.

A booking will only be confirmed once the full booking security amount has been received by Holiday & Leisure Expo CC.

NOTE that occasionally internet problems can occur, which can cause a double booking. You will be contacted immediately if such a case occurs.

A 50% Booking Security Fee (deposit), paid within 14 days, will secure your reservation.
If cancelling sixty (60) days or less prior arrival date, forfeit 100% of your Booking Security Fee. If cancelling ninety (90) days prior arrival date, forfeit 50% of your Booking Security Fee.
The balance of a booking fee is payable by direct deposit or electronic funds transfer (EFT) a week prior to arrival. No debit / credit card facilities are available.
Any amount owing must be paid in full and reflect in our bank account provided, at least 7 calendar days before your arrival at The Other House and/or The River House.
